ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement: Friday and Saturday for nights, Saturday and Sunday for days
\n• Holiday rotation required to distribute holidays fairly
\n• Multi Care Unit with varying patient ratios based on acuity: ICU 1:2, PCU 1:4, MST 1:5-6
\n• Must have minimum 2 years ICU experience or 1 year ICU plus 1 year PCU/Med-Surg from larger facilities
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts with 80% score prior to signing contract
\n• Responsible for titrating drips including sedation, vasopressors, and insulin
\n• Must take 12-lead EKGs and monitor ICU patients via bedside cardiac monitors
\n• Float requirements include EC MST, Pediatric unit for adult MST patients, and West Campus in Prescott for ICU/PCU
\n• If low census, staff rotates standby turns
\n• Any scrub color permitted except camouflage
\n• Uses Cerner charting system
\n• Profile review and manager interview required
\n• First to float designation for nights

\nThis healthcare facility operates a 10-bed Multi Care Unit providing comprehensive care across three acuity levels within one unit, eliminating the need to float between separate units. The facility treats a wide range of conditions including sepsis, respiratory complications, post-operative cases, and various medical emergencies. The organization maintains modern equipment including ventilators, BiPap, and CPAP support through respiratory therapy services, and utilizes remote monitor technicians for patient monitoring.
