Team Gillman Volkswagen Kingwood has immediate openings for Sales People! One of the most highly respected Family-owned Groups in the Greater Houston area is looking for a qualified Car Sales Professional!

Due to rapid growth, we are currently looking for an individual who is willing to do what it takes to be successful. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, personable, outgoing, self-starter with a good work ethic.

Our Sales Associates are paid based on a commission structure, so income is only limited by your ambition level. During the first 3 months of employment, we will provide a “guaranteed minimum income” of $4,000 so that new associates can focus on learning the product and the "Team Gillman Way" of doing business instead of worrying about how much they will be getting paid. We also offer a full complement of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement, and more along with excellent advancement opportunities.

Previous sales experience preferred, but NOT REQUIRED for this position. Applicants from finance, real estate, retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurant, and banking industries are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants should be computer-literate and tech-savvy. They should also have a professional appearance, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs in a new or used vehicle
• Conducting walk-arounds with customers and demonstrating features and benefits
• Ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Conducting price negotiations on vehicles
• Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing first-rate customer service
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge of new products, features, and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to customers
• Attending product and sales training courses provided by the dealership
