Meet the team: This a key role on our Operations Team responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of Dexcom’s Global security strategy including full ownership of the Executive Security program. This role partners with site security leaders to develop and implement the global security strategy while also leading a team of professionals at the corporate headquarters. Where you come in: You create comprehensive policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. You design, implement and/or manage all aspects of the Executive Security Strategy including all elements related to Board of Directors presentations, approvals, and reporting requirements. You manage global security operations, global traveler, and expat security programs and various systems including Everbridge, OnTic, etc. You identify, evaluate, and mitigate security risks across the organization. You lead a team of security personnel, both full time and contract resources. You establish and oversee incident response plans to effectively manage security breaches and emergencies. You manage access controls and partner with sites around the world on global access plans. You develop and deliver security awareness programs. You manage systems and vendors related to effective security management. You, overall, maintain a safe and secure environment at Dexcom. This requires partnership with the manufacturing site security and the Chief Human Resources Officer to ensure a comprehensive security plan designed to protect all personnel. What makes you successful: You have extensive experience in security management and executive security with a proven ability to design and implement Global security processes, policies, and procedures. You have strong leadership and communication skills that enable you to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders including the executive leadership team and various commercial and manufacturing sites around the world. You have knowledge of relevant security technology and systems as well as a deep understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to security. Travel Required: 25 to 50% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of industry experience. 9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry.
