What you’ll do

1. Develop and execute the strategic vision and growth objectives on a $1.75B portfolio of laundry brands.
2. Identify, develop, and implement strategies that create growth opportunities, increase market share, and profit.
3. Lead a dynamic team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
4. Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with senior leadership while challenging the status quo.
5. Lead complex projects and programs from idea to implementation by providing strategic direction and thought leadership to stakeholders, leveraging resources, and driving risk mitigation strategies.
6. Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic trends.
