Job Title VOC Systems Administrator - Placement Company Apex Systems Overview We are seeking a System Administrator to support our Voice Operations Center at Mount Weather, VA. The role is 9-5, 40 hrs/week with 24/7 support and occasional overtime. Location Mount Weather, VA 20135 (Fully on-site) Salary $70k-85k Requirements Public Trust clearance (USC, able to obtain a Top Secret clearance) Fingerprints and TS process handled by AT&T; on-site fingerprinting available Support 24/7 VOC systems, including video teleconference request system, WebVOC, VOCPortal Experience with Web applications – Python, remedy interface integration, VOC client integration Microsoft SQL Server administration (backups, restores, ad hoc reporting, upgrades) Harman Media Suite support (configuration, troubleshooting, recording access management) Laptop and software support (install, configuration, admin access, application issue resolution) Windows Server administration (troubleshooting, software upgrades, vulnerability mitigation, new employee system access) Backup and restoration manager for VOC files, developed software, SQL databases Team work: collaborate with customer engineers, telecom specialists, AT&T team; client-facing role; respond to phone/night calls 24/7 Travel: local day trips or weekend trips within VA, 24/7 support required occasionally when emergencies arise Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, ESPP, 401(k) with company match after 12 months, HSA, SupportLinc EAP, corporate discount program, continuous learning and training opportunities.
