JOB DESCRIPTION - VISUAL MERCHANDISER

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by creating visually appealing displays that attract customers and drive sales. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement innovative merchandising strategies that align with the brand's identity and seasonal trends. You will collaborate closely with store management and sales teams to ensure that product placement and presentation are optimized for maximum impact. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of visual displays and make necessary adjustments to improve performance. Ultimately, your work will contribute to the overall success of the retail environment by increasing customer engagement and boosting sales revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising within non apparel retail environment.
• Valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of consumer behavior and retail marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement exciting, eye-catching and enticing displays that reflect current trends and seasonal themes.
• Collaborate with store management to create in-store visual layouts that enhance product visibility and accessibility.
• Conduct regular assessments of visual merchandising effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to ensure consistency across all displays.

Hours are flexible, but needs to be completed during store closed hours. Before 10AM or After 9PM.
