What you’ll do As our Technical Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our recruiting team, focusing primarily on sourcing and hiring top technical talent for our growing FinTech organization. Working alongside hiring managers, you will craft recruitment strategies, manage day-to-day candidate pipelines, and deliver a smooth interview process. You will leverage your relationship-building skills and knowledge of the tech landscape to attract high-potential professionals who align with Nclusion’s mission of expanding access to financial services in underserved markets. Responsibilities Work closely with hiring managers to refine role requirements and align on recruitment strategies. Source technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, events, and referrals. Screen and interview potential hires, evaluating both technical expertise and cultural fit. Maintain organized candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruiting metrics. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics with hiring teams. Collaborate with the broader People Operations team to continuously improve and streamline hiring processes. Minimum requirements Proven ability to recruit for technical roles (e.g., software developers, data engineers). Solid understanding of basic recruiting methodologies, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. Preferred qualifications 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles Prior experience in FinTech or early stage startups. Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques, basic technical assessments, and structured interviewing.
