As a Hospice - MSW, you'll have the opportunity to travel to multiple patients per day. So, reliable transportation and the ability to navigate various locations are necessary. Preferred knowledge of home care home base software will be an added advantage, allowing you to seamlessly document patient interactions and access vital information.
