Senior Business Analyst /RPA Product Expert (Remote) at GovCIO in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in robotic process automation to join a dynamic team of innovators on the VA Robotic Process Automation Platform Project. Candidates must be highly organized, adaptable, and intellectually curious self-starters who have a passion for innovation and collaboration. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for successfully executing project tasks and for ensuring coordination and desired outcomes are accomplished. The environment is dynamic, and flexibility and forward-thinking views are important for success. + Manages customer communication and project milestones + Tracks all RPA projects in the discovery pipeline + Facilitates customer requirement meetings to collect requirement information + Analyzes customer's process, identifies process improvement opportunities, and validates use-case viability for automation + Develops detailed preliminary requirements used to generate cost estimates and level of effort to contract developer teams to execute + Facilitates customer interaction with the system integrator + Ensures required documentation (PDD, SDD, Runbook, Test Plan) is delivered by the system integrator + Facilitates customer tasks through Authority to Deploy (ATD) process + Develops and manages all RPA Center of Excellence (COE) processes including process maps, SOPs, templates, etc. + Creates and maintains custom reports in PowerBI for the RPA COE + Manages enterprise-wide reporting solution documenting requirements, process flows, and metrics + Creates prototypes of future state dashboard with consolidated data visualizations + Manages risks and issues associated with COE delivery Qualifications Required Skills and Experience + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Operations Research or related fields + 9 years professional experience + A Master's Degree may be substituted for 2 years of required experience with a Bachelor's Degree + Experience with robotic process automation + Experience creating custom reports using PowerBI + Experience with UI Path + Strong communication skills, including expressing ideas concisely and effectively + Project management To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
