Job Description
- Leading the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Identifying opportunities for leveraging AI to enhance Salesforce functionality and user experience
- Designing and developing custom AI solutions using Salesforce Einstein Platform services and APIs
- Customizing and extending Salesforce CRM to integrate AI-driven features and functionality
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of AI solutions
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on AI implementation best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in Salesforce AI/Einstein capabilities and industry trends
- Making recommendations for adoption and implementation of new AI capabilities
- Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM with a focus on AI/Einstein capabilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein Platform services
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience with AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and recommendation systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
