About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO , you will play a key role in supporting executive operations, managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between leadership and key stakeholders.

This role offers hands-on experience in business operations and strategy , making it an excellent career-building opportunity for a recent graduate looking to grow in business leadership and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support – Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate daily operations.
• Communication & Coordination – Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Project Assistance – Help track company initiatives, follow up on tasks, and ensure action items are completed.
• Meeting Preparation – Organize agendas, take notes, and assist in compiling reports for leadership meetings.
• Process Improvement – Identify ways to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Problem-Solving – Anticipate challenges, provide solutions, and help remove roadblocks.
• Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive business matters with professionalism and integrity.

Who You Are

• A recent graduate with a degree in business, marketing, human resources, psychology, or a related field .
• Passionate about food and excited about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment .
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn .
• An organized, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on making things happen.
• A strong communicator , comfortable managing relationships across all levels.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
