Marketing Representative Insurance Agency | Community Engagement & Lead Generation
Location: Warrington | Full-Time
Compensation: Base Pay + Bonuses + Growth Opportunities

Are you a creative, outgoing, and results-driven professional who knows how to make things happen? Join our team as a Marketing Representative and play a key role in driving brand visibility, community engagement, and lead generation for a growing insurance agency.

In this dynamic role, youll be the face of our agencyboth online and in the community. Youll manage our brand presence through social media, online reviews, and local marketing initiatives, while also building meaningful relationships with referral partners and centers of influence.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote the agency

• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Monitor and encourage positive online reviews, especially on Google

• Organize and promote lead-generating community events and sponsorships

• Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals

• Track results and optimize outreach efforts for maximum impact

What We're Looking For:

• Highly outgoing and confident communicator with a strong sales mindset

• Experience in marketing, branding, event planning, or business development

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

• Passion for networking and building lasting community relationships

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar

• Familiarity with CRM systems and review management platforms

• Knowledge of insurance products and services (training provided if needed)
