Overview Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) – Upstate Medical University Job Summary Provides clerical support to the department, including forms management, phone support, correspondences, staff meeting minutes, filing, and ordering of office supplies. Monitors timekeeping for all department staff. Performs data entry functions: reviewing patient stay length in EPIC and matching to rental invoices, and adding requests into a mobile application. Minimum Qualifications For consideration for this title, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: Work Days There are no education or experience requirements. Schedule based on a 40-hour work week. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Notes The NYS Department of Civil Service has expanded the NY HELPS Program.
