Your work will involve close collaboration with community partners and hands-on support for students as they navigate their educational and career aspirations. Confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy in handling student data are paramount in this role./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliMaintain strict adherence to integrity guidelines, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with all regulatory and company standards./liliSupport educational and job placement goals for assigned students to meet or exceed performance targets./liliBuild and sustain relationships with community agencies, employment services, schools, and training programs to attract prospective students and support their transition to Job Corps./liliConduct thorough eligibility screenings, including reviewing behavioral, medical, and educational records for applicants./liliLead Center tours, pre-arrival visits, and meetings to engage and inform prospective students./liliProvide personalized career counseling, monitor student performance, and develop tailored transition plans./liliDemonstrate effective supervision, mentorship, and positive influence over the student population, encouraging accountability and respectful behavior./liliContinuously evaluate and improve programs and services to meet student needs and enhance overall quality./liliCommunicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders, contributing valuable insights and timely information for assessments and audits./liliCollaborate with staff across departments to ensure cohesive support and supervision of students./liliAccept direction and undertake additional duties as assigned by leadership./li/ulpWhat We Offer/ppWe provide a supportive and mission-driven workplace where your efforts make a real difference in young lives.
