About the Role

A growing boutique CPA firm is seeking an Experienced Tax Senior to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, consistent client interaction, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations

Assist with tax planning projects and year-round client advisory work

Communicate directly with clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information

Support workflow management and mentor junior staff as needed

Conduct research on tax issues and help deliver practical solutions

Work effectively in a remote environment with a high level of organization and accountability

Qualifications

3+ years of public accounting tax experience

Proficiency with common tax software and Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing work

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting

CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
