About the Role:

As an Onsite Repipe Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our repiping projects, overseeing every aspect from start to finish. You'll be a key point of contact for residents and property staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution. What You'll Do:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage repipe construction projects, ensuring on-time and within budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and proactively address any challenges.
  • Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Mitigate risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status and performance.

Customer & Team Focus:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and onsite teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proactively coach and mentor project teams, ensuring safety, quality control, and productivity.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Review and submit weekly invoices for completed units.
  • Coordinate with city inspectors for rough and final inspections.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.

What You'll Bring:

  • Hands-on Experience: Prior experience in a role requiring hands-on maintenance or repair skills (e.g., plumber, handyman, apartment maintenance manager). Familiarity with drywall repair, basic carpentry, and leak repair is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with technology, including iPads, iPhones, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Team Player: A collaborative and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
