Hotel General Manager –
We are seeking a highly motivated hospitality professional, hands on and creative, to manage one of our boutique properties.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional guest service acumen, leadership, organization skills as well as motivation to drive our stellar team to continued success .
The General Manager directs and coordinates activities of all departments within the hotel, such as housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, operations, or a major division of the business organization.

Specifically, you would be responsible for:
· Recruit and cultivate a team that can deliver exceptional service
· Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations to include FOH and BOH
· Identify issues and effectively resolve deficiencies
· Serve as the primary liaison with corporate office
· Add personality and vibe to a struggling but amazing hotel
· Increase guest scores and reviews organically with talented management
· Provide moments of unexpected WOW to our guests.

Supervisory Responsibility The General Manager is responsible to direct and manage all staff, including maintenance, quality, housekeeping, front office, etc. The role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of direct reports and for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
