*Responsibilities*

* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
* Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
* Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to client matters.
* Assist in the preparation of cases for trial by gathering evidence and preparing witnesses.
* Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
* Manage case files efficiently to ensure timely progress on all matters.

*Requirements*

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the state bar association and good standing.
* Strong knowledge of family law, personal injury and criminal defense is preferred.
* Excellent legal research skills and proficiency in writing clear and persuasive legal documents.
* Ability to litigate effectively with strong advocacy skills.
* Previous experience in a law office setting is a plus.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
