Our client is a leading medical manufacturer looking for a Data Entry Associate to work within the Sales Department. In this Temp-to-Hire role, you will be responsible for sales order management, including invoice creation. The ideal candidate is consistent, detail oriented, understands logistics, and has experience using the SAP Ariba platform.

What the Data Entry Associate will do:

• Create and submit accurate ship notices in Ariba
• Create and update shipping information, including carrier details, tracking numbers, and delivery dates
• Generate invoices in Ariba
• Print and share shipping documentation
• Coordinate with freight carriers to troubleshoot pickups and deliveries
• Partner closely with QA, manufacturing, and accounting to ensure smooth shipping operations
• Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing relevant information
• Communicate effectively with global upstream teams via email
• Escalate issues in a timely manner
• Adhere to company financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What the Data Entry Associate needs to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent ( required )
• Proficiency using Excel ( required)
• Understanding of the Ariba Network and its supplier order management functionalities (preferred)
• Attention to detail, organized, and consistent
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics process
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience handling large volumes of data efficiently (preferred)
