🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:

• Engage with customers at retail events and community campaigns to promote nonprofit initiatives

• Provide friendly, informative, and professional service to increase awareness and donor support

• Assist in planning and executing campaign events, including setup and breakdown

• Track performance metrics and maintain accurate records of customer and donor interactions
