Job Title: Campaign Manager

Description:
The Campaign Manager's primary responsibility is overseeing the planning, setup and launch of programmatic/audience extension campaigns in addition to monitoring, optimizing, and providing insights for campaigns. In this role you will partner closely with our vendor teams and internal teams to strategize, launch and manage campaigns while providing a high standard of client services to our advertising partners. You will also work in close partnership with our sales teams to help meet and beat specific targets.
Position Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on targeting strategies based on campaign goals and insights for achieving campaign goals.
• Coordinate campaign production tasks with preferred vendors.
• Ensure on-time campaign launches as well as ongoing monitoring of pacing and performance throughout the campaign.
• Oversee inventory reservation requests and creative scheduling activities with vendor resources for appropriate tasks.
• Conduct fundamental troubleshooting of production, delivery, or billing challenges as needed.
• Propose and implement post sale optimization strategies if necessary to improve campaignperformance or delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales to prepare post-campaign performance insights.
• Consistently meet or exceed relevant metrics established for the team, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of top-quality service.
• Actively participate in projects to improve our operational efficiency.

• How many years of experience is required for this role? – 6 years digital advertising and programmatic experience.
• Are you open for this role to be permanently remote? No, must be in the Chicago office. Must be in office minimum 3 days per week.
