The Automotive Corporate Trainer will enhance skills and performance of team members across dealerships in the Raleigh metropolitan area including Raleigh, Cary, Aberdeen, and Wendell. Responsibilities include facilitating classes and specialized training for Sales Advisors, Service Advisors, and Technicians; conducting training sessions at Holman retail stores; acting as a coach and resource; marketing internal communications about learning programs; assisting with performance audits and training needs analysis; assisting with ROI analysis and evaluation of development solutions; working with stakeholders to enhance program impact; staying current on adult learning best practices; developing strong relationships with stakeholders; maintaining awareness of retail automotive trends and new technologies; and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include a likable, approachable personality; strong presentation skills; experience delivering training to groups and individuals; preferably a bachelor's degree or pursuing one in education or related field; proficiency in MS Office; 5+ years customer-facing or automotive retail experience preferred; 5+ years experience designing and delivering learning programs preferred; flexibility in schedule. Holman offers a full-time position with an annual salary of $85,000, Monday to Friday schedule, and benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holidays, bereavement, jury duty, paid pregnancy and parental leave, and supplemental paid military leave.
