Associate General Dentist – High-Earning Role in Modern, Digital Practice (Mon–Thurs, 8am–6pm)

Job Description:
 
·        Preventive and comprehensive dental care,
·        Proficient in routine general dentistry: crowns/bridges, restorative dentistry, anterior and premolar endodontics, oral surgery, removable prosthodontics, etc.
·        Clear aligners (preferred, but not required)
·        Molar endo (preferred, but not required)

·        Patient base: 50% Fee-for-Service, 50% PPO (no Medicaid/HMO)
·        PPO reimbursement rates are among the best in the region, ensuring your work is valued and rewarded
·        Modern, fully digital office featuring intraoral scanners and same-day crown technology
·        Consistent, robust patient flow and a supportive, experienced team
 
Benefits:

·        Annual compensation: $175,000–$350,000+, commensurate with clinical expertise
·        Salary based on adjusted production
·        Daily minimum guarantee for your first 3 months as a safety net

Schedule:
 
·        Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm

Qualifications:
 
·        General dentist with at least 3 years of clinical experience
·        DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and active state license
·        Proficiency in a broad range of dental procedures
·        Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
