Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. Responsibilities:

Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.

Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.

Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements
Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care

State license as nurse practitioner (required)

Specialty as psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) (preferred)

DEA license

Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend on-call!)

Ability to stand for 20 minutes

Ability to lift 15 pounds
