An Abstracter goes through the archives of a property and analyzes any transaction, land map, mortgage, inheritance that changed, the owner of the house, or legal dispute to verify whether the seller of the property has the right to sell that property. Overall, this role performs search and exam for abstract products to include but not limited to, new abstracts, abstract continuations, finals, and certified reports.
