Compensation:

$15 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Own Like a Pro:

• Take buyers and sellers from contract to close with precision
• Keep agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors in sync and on schedule
• Monitor and enforce deadlines with laser focus
• Coordinate inspections, title work, loan processes, and final walkthroughs
• Create and maintain master-level checklists and timelines
• Provide regular updates to the team — before anyone even asks
• Deliver top-tier service and communication from start to finish
• Identify issues before they become problems — and resolve them fast

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• Real estate experience REQUIRED (this is not a training-wheels role)
• 2+ years in an administrative, project management, or transaction role
• Killer attention to detail — borderline perfectionist (in the best way)
• Strong communicator with natural confidence and composure
• High-tech competence — you’ll be inside CRMs, spreadsheets, and systems daily
• Self-starter. Self-manager. Self-respecter. You get it done
