The World Service Center Canada provides assistance to our Canadian clientele interested in learning more about our Travel Insurance offerings. These positions are in the United States. We utilize a consultative selling approach to ensure our customers are provided with the coverage they need for each trip they plan. Through this approach, we make recommendations appropriately matching the customer with the best product for their needs. We will take the time necessary to educate our customers on our different insurance offerings, along with the benefits and services Travel Guard provides designed to support unique challenges that can be encountered while traveling. We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and competitive offerings in the marketplace to create repeat customers. Responsibilities Include: Maintain knowledge of insurance products to accurately describe benefits and offerings to our customers. Create a positive experience over the phone for all clientele requesting our services and assistance. Multitask work streams to effectively move work forward in all areas (call handling, email, etc.). Ability to navigate multiple systems while effectively handling calls. Creative and critical thinking to provide out‑of‑the‑box solutions where necessary. Provide keen attention to detail to appropriately document and capture content of phone calls in our case management/policy systems. Must be able to obtain an Accident and Sickness license to sell insurance within 6 months of hire. Work closely with leadership to fine‑tune skillsets and apply feedback to meet role expectations. Basic Qualifications: USA‑based position High school diploma or equivalent 2nd Shift 12p‑8p with a rotating Saturday requirement (8a‑4p) Ability to work in office 2‑3 shifts per week Preferred Qualifications: Record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ year preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and entering information into a system Analytical skills in reviewing and interpreting policy coverage and claim status Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks Ability to respond to high‑end clientele with professionalism and clarity Travel experience is highly beneficial Bi‑lingual French speakers encouraged to apply, but not a job requirement You are joining us at a pivotal time in our business.
