As an ARC Support Specialist, you'll support customers throughout their order journeyfrom purchase to delivery and beyond. You will:
Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds, and returns
Communicate with customers, carriers, financial institutions, and internal teams
Work with sensitive data, complying with PCI and GDPR standards
Resolve complex issues using internal knowledge bases and escalate when needed
Ensure a seamless customer experience with professionalism and care
Fluent Danish & English (C1, written and spoken)
Attention to detail & high level of accuracy
Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making skills
Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
SAP or back-office experience is a plus (but not required)
Christmas Allowance (monthly): 86.00
Holiday Allowance (monthly): 86.00
Meal Allowance: 154.00/month (tax-free meal card)
Total Compensation:
With Company Apartment: 1,620.50/month
Without Apartment: 1,420.50/month
Health insurance from day one
Paid training (1520 working days)
Performance bonuses depending on targets
Company-rented furnished apartments (utilities included) for the first 14 months
Bed linens, kitchen equipment & internet provided
Eligibility: Applicants living more than 100 km from Lisbon
Remote work option available with company equipment provided
Occasional in-office presence may be required depending on project needs
Full-time (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts
Hours: MondaySunday between 07:00 and 00:00
Overtime may be required during high-volume periods
22 vacation days/year (after the first calendar year)
