This is a full-time role in our office in Orlando, FL. Only qualified applicants who submit through our website will receive a response.
About Us
We're a 4-person UX and web development team creating exceptional digital experiences for clients who value strategy and craftsmanship. Founded in 2008, we've built our reputation on delivering custom WordPress and Shopify solutions that combine beautiful design with solid technical execution. Our collaborative environment means you'll work directly with UX designers, strategists, and clients to bring ideas to life.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced WordPress developer who can transform Figma designs into clean, responsive websites. You'll build custom themes from the ground up using core WordPress functionality—no page builders or drag-and-drop tools. We need someone who writes code, not someone who configures Elementor widgets.
You'll develop custom WooCommerce solutions, create Shopify stores, and build websites that perform beautifully across all devices. While you won't be speaking directly with clients, you'll be implementing solutions for our direct client relationships and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.
Your typical week includes hand-coding WordPress themes, building WooCommerce functionality, optimizing site performance, and collaborating with UX designers to ensure seamless design-to-development workflows.
