**Job Summary:**
WeSource is seeking Packagers to join their team. The Packager will assemble components, package materials, and sort products manually to complete various projects.

**Qualifications:**
- No prior experience required
- On-the-job training provided

**Responsibilities:**
- Clean packaging containers
- Line and pad crates, assemble cartons
- Obtain and sort products
- Wrap protective material around products
- Start, stop, and regulate conveyor speed
- Weigh containers and adjust quantities
- Nail, glue, band, close, and seal containers
- Label containers, container tags, or products
- Sort bundles or filled containers
- Pack according to special arrangements or product selection
- Inspect material, products, and containers for compliance with customer and safety requirements
- Record information such as weight, time, and date packaged
- Work safely at all times
- Open and unpack product containers
- Assemble components into finished displays, kits, or products
