Position: Web Designer / Webflow Developer
Location: Must be located in Portugal
Salary Range: €1,300 - €1,600, dependent on experience
Type: Full-Time
As our Webflow designer, you will be helping us transform client ideas into beautiful and functional websites and web applications. You will be joining a small team as we expand our design capabilities to accommodate a growing client base.
Design and implement visually compelling web pages and interfaces.
Utilize Webflow to create responsive designs from Figma files.
Create complicated animations in Webflow.
Create and modify vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure consistency in brand and design standards.
English fluency is required.
1+ years of experience in web design; additional experience in other design areas is a plus.
Proficiency in using Web Design software (e.g., Webflow, Figma).
Competence in vector design using Adobe Illustrator or comparable tools.
Strong previous work examples demonstrating design skills and creative thinking.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
Knowledge in UI/UX design principles is essential.
While a formal degree is not mandatory, candidates with relevant certifications or boot camps will be given preference.
Work Model:
Remote work most of the time with team co-working throughout the year.
