Warehouse Tasker
Taylor Logistics, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Tasker. The Tasker is responsible for the accurate shipping of products that includes working with customers on site, scheduling customers for pick-up of shipment and ensuring the accuracy of loading outbound trucks.
Responsibilities:
· Releases orders to the floor
· Finds alternate locations for when pickers can’t find alternates through RF
· Ensures 4 wall fill rate is 100% for non-over commit cuts
o If product is temporarily in the G2P area then must assign/tell supervisor/lead to remove and then regenerate pick
· Responsibility of the picking stack-ability
o Put cans with cans, treats with treats, etc.
· Prints the labels once orders go to picked and assigns a picker to apply
o Understands the labeling SOP for shipping
· Twice a shift- runs the replenishment tool for new replenishments
o Ensures no replenishments are assigned
o Alerts supervisor and management if there are more than 50 replenishments in the system
· Responsible that de-picking orders are put back to the original pick location or RF to right spot
o Will not de-pick shipped plates, will follow returns/cycle count for that unless advised by supervisor for QC holds or overweight
Requirements include:
High attention to detail is a must
High School diploma or equivalent
Team player and motivated by team accomplishments
Previous shipping clerk experience
Great communication with drivers, team members and managers
Computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Systems and/or Synapse Warehouse Management is a plus
