Spherion Williamsport is currently working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift, Warehouse Order Picker position in Williamsport, PA. The pay rate is $16.50 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:
Person must have a strong attention to detail as you will be reading printed order with part numbers and descriptions and then pulling/picking and packaging the required parts for shipment. As a warehouse order picker, any previous sit-down forklift operating experience would be a great plus for this crucial position.
Responsibilities:
- As a warehouse order picker/packer, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, as you will be reading printed orders with part numbers and descriptions and then pulling/picking and packaging the required parts for shipment.
- As a valued team member, you will need to be punctual, dependable, thorough, and able to work both independently and with others.
- In addition to picking and packing orders, you might also be asked to receive incoming materials, move them within the warehouse, and stock them as needed.
- You should be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently, and you might also be called upon to perform other general labor duties and responsibilities within the warehouse as assigned in order to meet daily goals.
Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
