The international freight forwarder is seeking to fill the position of Warehoused & Air Export Operations Coordinator in Grapevine, TX.

Job Summary

• The main job function is to coordinate the shipping of goods to international destinations by air and manage warehouse operations. This includes logistical planning, arranging shipments, and handling necessary paperwork such as customs clearance and loading of goods. The Coordinator must ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements of both the country of origin and destination, as well as any specific to the goods being shipped. They must also be familiar with international shipping laws and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Work Location: Grapevine TX 76051 (Dallas area)
• Business Travels: None. 100% In-Office.
• Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire

• Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Air Freight Coordination
• Salary: $21.00–26.00/hour
• Language: English
• Required Education: Associate’s Degree

Responsibilities/ Duties:

• Organize air freight shipments
• Communicate with airlines, customs, suppliers and customers
• Handle documents, paperwork and payments
• Prepare reports and maintain records
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries

• Ability to manage complex shipping documentation
