As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be a Visual liaison between our corporate office and field operations. Working with our merchandising team and senior executives, you will create seasonal merchandise floorplans, updates, and other creative initiatives pertaining to Visual presentation.
What You’ll Do:
*Manage Visual Merchandising directives via email communications with stores.
*Collaborate with buyers to stay on top of current fashion trends, and merchandise flow. Create directives as needed to support and achieve divisional objectives.
*Continue to improve and maintain Visual Merchandising training manual.
*Ability to travel within the Tri-state as needed, as well as occasional travel throughout the US for in-store training workshops.
*Work with stores on their individual Visual needs, such as store specific signage, fixtures and displays.
*Some purchasing of Visual EQ such as fixtures and mannequins.
*You will report to the Creative Director.
You’ll Need to Have:
*3-5 years of Visual Merchandising experience in apparel.
*2-3 years in a retail management role.
*Proven Visual Merchandising skills and a portfolio available.
*Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
*Ability to think and work strategically, to plan ahead and foresee opportunities.
*Elevated fashion and styling sense that can be applied to merchandising and
Styling on the salesfloor.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.

*Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
*2 years of Corporate retail experience.
*Established vendor relationships.
