Vice President, USA, and Senior Consultant (Bowen Craggs, Inc., Brooklyn, NY): Build out and manage a team of consultants and other professionals within Bowen Craggs’ New York office; Act as the lead on training all U.S.-based consultants in every aspect of the Bowen Craggs bespoke service methodologies; Act as the lead client-facing representative of Bowen Craggs in the United States; Support clients in all stages of service development, including drawing in new business and providing strong, uninterrupted services without the challenge incurred by a cross-Atlantic time difference; Strengthen the Company’s relationship with existing U.S. clientele; Initiate and establish relationships with new U.S. clients to cement the company’s presence in the United States and drive forward growth and revenue; and Lead the Company’s research and thought leadership activities across the U.S. In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Experience strategically and tactically advising group-level corporate digital communications teams at multinational companies based across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions; Experience working with both qualitative and quantitative corporate digital communications measurement methodologies, and applying, interpreting and communicating these methodologies for large corporate clients; Experience training corporate digital communications consultants; Experience with W3C Accessibility Standards and draft Digital Sustainability Standards, and their application on corporate websites and digital channels; Experience with U.S., Canadian and EU financial and non-financial reporting requirements and best practices; Experience using Tableau data visualization software; Experience with public speaking in the areas of corporate digital communications research and consultancy; Experience writing and editing in both American and British English; Experience establishing a U.S.-wide network of corporate digital communications practitioners and service providers; Experience leading editorial and thought leadership strategy and implementation in the area of corporate digital communications; and Experience building commercial relationships, online and in person, in the area of corporate digital communications. Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Social Science, Humanities or related field, and at least two years of experience as a Corporate Digital Communications Consultant or related occupation.
