About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) to play a pivotal role in advancing its commitment to these values. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading a range of initiatives, including the development of employee resource groups, EDIB data dashboards, and management of reporting mechanisms. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in EDIB, capable of challenging the status quo and creating a sustainable infrastructure for current initiatives. The Vice President will also be instrumental in forging community partnerships and ensuring the delivery of culturally competent care. Applicants for the Vice President, EDIB position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 15 years' of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years' at a senior management level. The role demands a candidate with strong leadership, business, and management skills, as well as a proven track record in inspiring and motivating others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the ability to influence and persuade in a complex organizational setting is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, judgment, and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Responsibilities also include overseeing the operations and administrative needs of all affinity groups and EDIB staff committees, as well as serving as a strategic consultant to executive and senior leaders.
