Job Description

UX/UI Designer Location: Fort Worth, TX Job Type: Full time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer specializing in both User Interface (intuitive navigational interactions) and User Experience (responsiveness of the app, movement between screens, and/or scroll through options). Leveraging your expertise in SaaS Application designs, you will be responsible for delivering Cloud Data Products that are functional, accessible, with a strong emphasis on the representation of analytical data. This role will support key initiatives within the Future Vertical Lift organization at Bell, which serves our Military customers. What You Will Be Doing as a UX/UI Designer: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ideate and execute design solutions. Design user interfaces and interactions for user testing and research purposes. Develop scalable wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and clickable prototypes. Create and develop visual documentation to aid Product and Engineering collaborations. Design scalable patterns and user flows to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback. Maintain design consistency across platforms and devices, ensuring a seamless user experience. Engage in close collaboration with the Product team(s). Identify design problems in existing properties and devise elegant solutions. Design comprehensive user experiences that fulfill the requirements. Skills You Will Bring To This Role: Possess over 3 years of user interface design experience within an agile development environment. Demonstrate a strong understanding of user interface design processes and methodologies. Exhibit meticulous attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver projects within scope and on schedule. Have a solid grasp of programming languages, content management systems, and design tools. Be a full stack designer with expertise in all phases of UX design, including, but not limited to, research, design, and A/B testing. Show high proficiency in various design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Framer X, Webflow, etc. Possess experience with 3D design tools like Babylon, Phocus3D, Blender, TinkerCAD, etc. Have working knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and their integration into modern user experiences. Be well-versed in creating user guides, tool tips, Help or FAQs sections for consumer sites. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exhibit a high degree of ownership on both tactical and strategic projects, with the ability to resolve issues independently. Possess highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Have experience designing consumer-facing web applications for SaaS platforms. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in teams, valuing and incorporating ideas from colleagues. Show a strong customer/client focus, along with ownership, urgency, and drive. Have experience in Agile processes and delivery. Educational Requirements: Hold a Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
