The Urgent Care Physician Assistant will practice in a high-volume urgent care clinic caring for patients across the lifespan—treating everything from minor injuries and illnesses to occupational medicine needs and sports physicals. The Urgent Care Physician Assistant will deliver evidence-based evaluations, perform procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, I&D, and wound care, order and interpret diagnostics, and coordinate safe transitions to primary care or the emergency department when indicated.
The Urgent Care Physician Assistant will report to the Medical Director and Clinic Operations Leader while collaborating closely with board-certified physicians, friendly registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, skilled medical assistants, radiology technologists, and knowledgeable front-desk professionals. The Urgent Care Physician Assistant will be supported by clear protocols, efficient workflows, and a diverse, collegial team committed to mentorship, inclusivity, and delivering fast, compassionate care.
