The Job The Maestro Performance Tour Specialist is a division of Kuoni Tumlare, a Destination Management Company within the JTB Group, providing performance travel solutions and experiences. Responsibilities: Use your sales skills to generate Leisure Group Travel business using Kuoni Tumlare's extensive network in the US. Maintain close communication with local offices to ensure smooth business operations. Investigate new travel products or activities for market promotion in coordination with destination offices. Participate in sales trips, workshops, and tradeshows. Organize fam trips and educational tours for clients. Manage marketing activities in the leisure travel market. Prepare sales reports and handle administrative tasks, including monitoring profitability and revenue control using company systems (DOS & BIS). Follow up on active clients, seek new clients, and stay informed about market trends and competition to adapt products accordingly. Provide accurate reporting to management and respond swiftly to business needs. Requirements Degree in Tourism or related field, or relevant qualifications. Experience in developing leisure travel accounts and maintaining client relationships. Understanding of the travel industry and market dynamics is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Ability to work under pressure, manage client expectations, and deliver excellent service. Ability to collaborate across departments and build internal relationships. Willingness to travel approximately 50 days per year for sales trips, trade shows, and FAM trips. Attention to detail in checking work and tours in systems.
