\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 13-week assignment with 3x12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5
\n• 8 weekend shifts required in 6-week schedule period (combination of Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
\n• Holiday shifts and charge RN assignments as needed
\n• 2 years of experience required; previous charge and teaching hospital experience preferred
\n• Regular floating required between departments, units, and facilities as needed
\n• Must maintain both Kansas and Missouri nursing licenses or compact license
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract
\n• Maximum 7 days request time off allowed
\n• 12-hour orientation with additional 10-15 hours of compliance modules
\n• Must complete Epic training, infusion pump training, and glucometer training prior to start
\n• Skills include cardiac monitoring, telemetry, IV therapy, central line management, chest tubes, wound care, and various cardiac procedures
\n• Care for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including post-cardiac procedures, renal failure, CVA, and orthopedic conditions
\n• Local candidates within 75-mile radius not accepted
\n• Two professional references required from past year
