• REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• MUST HAVE STRONG LIVER, HEART, LUNG & KIDNEY TRANSPLANT EXPERIENCE REFLECTED ON SKILLS CHECKLIST. DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.
• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MISONIX/CUSA.
• CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PUTTING ORGANS BACK IN THE NEW PATIENT, NOT JUST HARVESTING.
• Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? 1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month – Nurse manager will discuss at time of interview
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
• Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – N
