Position Details:

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days – 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Unit: 6100 ICU
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week

Compensation for 40 hours:

Weekly Gross: $2,760.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $800.00 Per Week ($20/hour)
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,960.00 Per Week
OT after 40 hours: $30/hour
Compensation for 48 hours = $3392/Week

Job Duties:

Deliver critical care to patients in the ICU with consistent monitoring and evaluation.
Administer medications and manage ventilators, drips, and IVs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective care planning.
Monitor patient vitals and report changes to physicians promptly.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using Meditech.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year’s ICU experience (must be able to start IVs)
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (Required)
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Weekend Requirement: Weekend rotation required
On-Call Requirement: None
Floating: Required within scope if needed in other units
Block Scheduling: Not accepted beyond 3–4 shifts
License: Active license required (pending not accepted)

Local Rule: Not accepting candidates within 45 miles (local travelers not accepted) Compensation for 48 hours = $3392/Week
