A well-established home care organization is seeking a personable and experienced Training Manager to oversee staff training, onboarding, and professional development. This role involves designing and delivering training for new hires, upskilling current staff—including coordinators and team leaders—and maintaining updated training materials to support growth across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or corporate training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, coordinators, and clinical teams. Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (with occasional flexibility on Fridays) Responsibilities Include: Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires, coordinators, and promoted team leaders. Develop, update, and maintain training materials, ensuring relevance and clarity. Identify staff development needs and create targeted training programs to address them. Collaborate with HR, field coordinators, and nurses to ensure training aligns with operational and compliance standards. Monitor training participation, provide feedback, and track staff development progress. Support ongoing professional development initiatives to foster staff growth and retention. Provide support and coaching to staff in the field as needed. Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience in training, onboarding, or staff development, preferably in home care, healthcare, or related industries. Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage, motivate, and develop staff at all levels. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related training tools.
