Overview:

Seeking a CLO Middle Office Associate to support operations, accounting, trading, and investment teams within the U.S. Credit Platform. This role involves managing daily portfolio reconciliations, monitoring corporate actions, overseeing cash balances, and assisting in CLO transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with trustees and administrative providers.
• Reconcile monthly CLO reports and quarterly distributions.
• Monitor corporate actions and ensure proper updates internally and with service providers.
• Track deal and warehouse cash balances, perform funding calculations, and prepare drawdown requests.
• Assist in managing CLO warehouse processes, from new issuance to closing and ongoing audit/tax coordination.
• Support the Capital Markets/Structuring team with CLO transactions, including new issues, resets, and refinancings.
• Perform hypothetical trade analysis to ensure compliance with CLO indentures and assist the investment team.
• Oversee trade settlements for loans, bonds, and equity, reconciling open trades as needed.
• Work with fund accountants and administrators to resolve bank loan-related inquiries.
• Provide reporting, analysis, and support for ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of operations experience in banking, audit, or CLO/fixed income management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of CLO indenture compliance and reporting.
• Experience with Sentry, Wall Street Office, Markit, or other loan processing systems.
• Familiarity with LevPro or similar portfolio management systems.
• Comfortable working with cash and position reconciliation.
