Construction Law Attorney - Dallas, TX

An established top-tier commercial law firm in Dallas (with offices in Houston and Austin), with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Construction Law Attorney with litigation experience, and transactional experience, a plus. Years of experience may vary from 3+ to 20+.

Experience with complex casework and/or transactions will be considered positively, but not required. A true dedication to the practice of construction law will be important to fill the postiion.

The salary for this role will be top market and competitive - commensurate with experience, and accompanied by generous performance-based bonuses. Business development and portables are incentivezed.

Skills and Requirements:

* Applicants must live in Texas (Dallas, Houston or Austin)
* 3-20 years' experience primarily in construction law (litigatoin and/or transactions)
* Experience with sophisticated casework/transactions
* Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
* Desire to work alongside a collegial top-rated law group
* Professional, organized and collaborative
