LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented Title Processing Clerk to join a dynamic team in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations and title documentation. · Type: Temporary-to-Hire
· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
· Pay Range: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
· Digitize paper records into secure databases using keyboard input.
· Review and verify information against source documents.
· Process new and used vehicle registrations in multiple states, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant.
· Submit legal documents to state agencies while maintaining confidentiality.
· Communicate with customers and state offices to resolve questions and adapt to changing priorities.
· Maintain organized records, manage title transfer paperwork, and support general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
· At least 2 years of office and customer service experience.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
