LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented Title Processing Clerk to join a dynamic team in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations and title documentation. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with office experience who thrives on precision and is interested in the automotive industry.

· Location: Knoxville, TN

· Type: Temporary-to-Hire

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

· Pay Range: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

· Digitize paper records into secure databases using keyboard input.

· Review and verify information against source documents.

· Process new and used vehicle registrations in multiple states, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant.

· Submit legal documents to state agencies while maintaining confidentiality.

· Communicate with customers and state offices to resolve questions and adapt to changing priorities.

· Maintain organized records, manage title transfer paperwork, and support general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

· At least 2 years of office and customer service experience.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.50 per hour
