As a Triple Crown Recruiter, You Would:

• Make connections and develop relationships with technical professionals who may be a good fit for assignment with Triple Crown’s client base
• Create a top class resource pipeline to meet both the current and future requirements of our clients
• Advise and coach candidates on job transition, salary and other related information
• Negotiate terms of employment/contract with candidates and lead the onboarding process

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• At least one year’s professional work experience
• Social media for recruitment purposes, advanced internet searching, Microsoft Office and other software tools
