Tax Senior

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Flexible options available)

What You'll Do

As a Tax Senior, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services to a diverse client base. You'll work closely with partners and clients, providing strategic tax planning and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities
• Conduct tax research and stay current with evolving regulations
• Assist with tax provisions and ensure GAAP compliance
• Respond to tax authority inquiries and provide audit support
• Prepare financial statements and tax-related reports
• Collaborate with clients on advisory matters, including high-net-worth individuals and various entity types (S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnerships)
• Support state and international tax filings

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license (required)
• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws
• Experience with tax compliance for individuals and businesses
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards
