Integration Engineer – Missile Warning System Leidos National Security Sector

Leidos is seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to support the Missile Warning System , ensuring seamless integration of software and hardware components. This role focuses on deploying and configuring open-source, commercial, government-provided, and Leidos-developed products while managing classified and unclassified labs .

Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure open-source journaling engines and multiple database platforms .
Develop Ansible scripts to optimize container deployments.
Work closely with developers to align deployment with design specifications.
Create build and configuration guides for seamless integration.
Manage and configure classified and unclassified software labs .
Set up boundary security devices within the program.
Support team members in technology implementation and troubleshooting .
Assist in code development, scanning, and testing for developers.
Ensure compliance with DoD security policies for container security.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Networking with 4+ years of relevant experience (additional certifications or experience may substitute for education).
U.S. Citizen; Currently possess an active DoD Secret Clearance .
Experience deploying and configuring firewalls .
Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, VLAN configuration, and IP subnetting .
Proven abilities in Linux operating systems .
Demonstrated knowledge in the software development lifecycle , including design, development, and testing .
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills .
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
Familiarity with multiple database engines .
Knowledge of software, hardware, and networking design diagrams .
Experience with VMware products .
